Mission Project: Support

Hi! My name is Seth Greer, and I will be serving as a Church Partnership representative for TWR. I’m excited to use my experience and passion for global missions to help foster strong partnerships with churches and supporters around the world, all while advancing the mission of sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. My passion for missions began when my family moved to Uganda during my middle school years, where we served at Good Shepherd’s Fold orphanage and school. It was there that I saw firsthand how God can use me specifically for His kingdom. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of seeing God use me in my work with various mission organizations in Peru, the Dominican Republic, and even in a return to Uganda where my missions journey began. Each experience deepened my desire to serve the Lord and has given me a unique perspective on my gifts and talents. I’ve spent the last five years at Cary Christian School, where I taught 6th-10th grade science including biology, chemistry, earth science, and physics. I also coached both the varsity and middle school baseball teams. This past year, a school field trip to TWR’s Cary office introduced me to the ministry, and the Lord stirred in my heart a desire to leave teaching to serve His kingdom through TWR. Now, as a Church Partnership representative, I’m excited to work alongside churches and partners to advance the great mission of sharing the gospel with the world. My wife Sara and I currently reside in Cary, NC and love spending time outdoors playing disc golf or basketball, playing a good board game, and hanging out with our small group. Sara is a proud Texan with a huge heart for kids’ ministry, serving as a Sunday school teacher, and small group leader. We're both so grateful for the ways the Lord has guided us each in our ministry, and excited to see where He leads and how He blesses my ministry with TWR!
