Shaun and Dianne have been involved in missions for many years before moving to Texas in 2005. They were on staff with Cru in the campus ministry and in The JESUS Film ministry. Years later they served overseas with Caribbean Ministries on Eleuthera Island. God has been working in their hearts over the past 6 years to go back into full-time ministry. They have been working on how God may use their gifts in helping to fulfill the Great Commission. Shaun will serve with TWR’s Strategic Initiatives and Partnership (SIP) team in Cary, NC. His focus will be primarily on compassion related projects – helping to communicate the hope of the gospel during increasingly common major crises around the globe. Dianne is exploring a potential role with TWR and taking care of their teenage boys at home. The Childers currently live in West Texas and are raising their prayer and financial support. They are excited to be a part of TWR and the unique calling of reaching people for Christ through mass media.
