Tom Watkins presently serves as Director of Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships. He and his team engage with ministries in the broader missions world, developing ministry strategies and partnerships where TWR can work synergistically with others to achieve greater impact and effectiveness. He joined TWR in 1993 as Director of Donor Services and has also served as Director of Foundation and Corporate Relations.
