Billy was led to join TWR in 2002 when the 'South East Asia' region needed a project coordinator and audio technician for the Indonesian Radio Bible Project. After the project ended, Billy stayed to provide technical support for SEA and later on for the Asia region. Billy is now Asia's Manager of Information Systems.
