After serving as a missionary to Thailand for eighteen years, Alan returned to the US in 2012 to become the Director of Mobilization in Cary (NC) working to mobilize the next generation of missionaries to serve with TWR. In 2021, he added the responsibility as the US Director of Human Resources and is also responsible for the care and staffing of the US office. Alan is married to Donna and has two adult children.
